    1. 14‑Day No‑Reason Return

    You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it remains unused and in a condition suitable for resale.

    2. Refund Lead Times by Payment Method

    • Credit / Debit Card: We will initiate the refund within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds usually re‑appear on the original card within 3‑7 business days; some issuing banks may take up to 15 business days.

    • PayPal: Refund is initiated immediately after the return is confirmed and is expected to appear in your PayPal account within 14 days. In certain countries/regions, PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete the refund in accordance with local regulations.

    • Bank Transfer: Refund is initiated within 2 business days and typically arrives in 5‑10 business days.

    • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay): Timing follows the settlement rules of the linked card network, generally 3‑7 business days.

    • Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later / Installments (Klarna, Afterpay, etc.): Refunds first offset any outstanding installment balance; any remaining amount is returned by the provider within 5‑10 business days. Please refer to notifications from the provider for exact timing.

    3. Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

    • We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining the tracking number for reference.

    4. Return Procedure

    3. Ship the item back as instructed and email us the tracking number.

    We do not accept returns in the following cases:

    • Items that have been used, worn, stained, or otherwise rendered unfit for resale;
